GILLUM REGIS Veteran of Vietnam with one tour, passed away on Wednesday, January 18, 2017, at Cura Health, at the age of 69. He was born in Sewickley on July 16, 1947, to the late Lester and Ethel (Kopnicky) Gillum. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by a sister, Doris Mundell; and a brother, Pete Buck Gillum. He is survived by his cherished sister and brother-in-law, Michelle and Dan Grey of Raccoon, their daughter, Kiersten; along with many other loving nieces and nephews; and his beloved cat, Scooter. Regis, a lifelong resident of Neville Island, graduated from Neville High School in 1965. A member of Local 66 Operating Engineers, Regis was a heavy equipment operator. He was a member of VFW Post 402 and the Glenfield Valley Vets. Regis was a motorcycle enthusiast who loved his Harley. Most of us will remember his great sense of humor. Regis requested cremation.
