PHILLIPS THOMAS CLARK Thomas, 67, of Cecil, PA passed peacefully at home surrounded by his family on Sunday, January 15, 2017. Tom was born and raised in Imperial, PA, the son of the late Thomas Duke Phillips and Georgia Siddy Swoager. He raised his own family in Cecil, PA. He was the beloved husband of 43 years to Barbara Kozak Phillips; loving father of Tara Phillips-Cardillo, Dana (Sean Graham) Phillips and Kristen (Dustin) George; grandfather of Carli, Dannial, Aaron, Joss, Shane, Alexis and Bronson. Also surviving are a sister, Carol Phillips Newman and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Michael Phillips. Tom had proudly served his country in Vietnam and retired from the Port Authority. Friends will be received Friday 4-8 p.m. with a service at 8 p.m. at THOMAS - LITTLE FUNERAL SERVICE, INC., 5000 Noblestown Road, Oakdale (724-693-2800). A military burial will be held on Monday, January 23, 2017 at 11 a.m. at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies, Bridgeville, with full military rites accorded by Canonsburg VFW Post 191 and Houston American Legion #902.
