(Ralph) Frank; devoted grandmother of Gerard (Jaime) Brown, Kirstie (fiancé Willie Sullivan) Brown, Vincent Veltre and Michael Veltre; cherished great-grandmother of Issac Brown; sister of the late Marie Scarvace and Louis Merlino; also survived by nieces and nephews.
