Beloved husband of 53 years to Celine (Ketchel); loving father of Nadine (Brian) McCourt; devoted grandfather of Briauna and Connor McCourt; son of the late William M. and Collette (Rohause) Wilson. 50 plus years member of IBEW #5. He was an ardent fan of his Pirates and Steelers. Bill truly knew the meaning of friendship. He had a quick wit and a warm smile. He will be dearly missed by all who had the pleasure to know him.
