PECORELLI JOYCE (PIRRO) Age 86, of McKees Rocks, passed away peacefully on Thursday morning, January 18, 2018, after a brief illness. She was preceded in death by her parents, Tarquinio and Chiarini, and five brothers; her son, Thomas DiCicco (surviving spouse Nicholette) died in 1998. Joyce is survived by her husband of 45 years, Nick; a sister, Florence (Mike) D'Impirio; a son, Jeffrey (Sherry) DiCicco; a step-daughter, Connie, and step-son, Frank (Debbie) Pecorelli; also survived by six grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, six nephews, and four nieces. Joyce was a well-known beautician for 12 years, but after serious health issues, she closed her salon and then followed her true passion of baking cookies. For 30 years, Pittsburghers have known and loved Joyce's homemade cookies. The Cookie Lady was famous for her Lady Locks and handmade Italian specialty cookies. Family and friends are welcome for visitation on Saturday and Sunday 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at ANTHONY M. MUSMANNO FUNERAL HOME, INC., 700 Seventh Street, McKees Rocks, PA 15136. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday 9:30 a.m. St. John of God Parish, The Church at St. Mary's. Entombment to follow at Resurrection Cemetery.
