HAVEKOTTE JOAN (DAVIES) Age 103, of Pittsburgh, formerly of Columbus, Ohio, passed away on Friday, January 12, 2018, with her daughter by her side. Joan was the beloved wife of the late Walther L. Havekotte; loving mother of Susan Havekotte, J. Bruce Havekotte, and the late Thomas Havekotte; spirted younger sister of the late Howard S. Davies and John L. Davies, Jr. Also survived by many loving nieces. Joan loved to travel the world with her husband and her daughter. She was an accomplished and prolific knitter and enjoyed playing Bridge. Joan will be remembered for quick wit, her sparkling sense of humor, social personality and love for her family.
