SPAHR RICHARD SELLERS Age 84, of McCandless, went to be with his loving God on Tuesday, September 10, 2013. Beloved husband of Gwen (Nichols); cherished father of Cheryl (Clinton) Glass of Florida, Karen (George) Hammond of Cranberry, Leslie Waldfogle of McCandless, and Andrea (Bryan) Albert of McCandless; amazing grandfather of Connor, Anna, and Coleman Glass, Danielle Sharps, Mason Hammond, Greg, Ricky, and Grace Waldfogle; brother-in-law of Robert Nichols of New Jersey. Dick was a dedicated employee of Alcoa for 37 years. He was a faithful volunteer at the Northmont U. P. Church and the West View Meals on Wheels. He was board emeritus of the North Hills Community Outreach, former board member of Anchorpoint Counseling Ministry. Friends will be received on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at the H. P. BRANDT FUNERAL HOME, INC., 1032 Perry Hwy., Ross Twp., 412-364-4444. A Memorial Service will be held at Northmont U. P. Church on Saturday at 11 a.m. A private Committal Service will be held at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Northmont U. P.
